AURALEE, a Japanese label with an established track record across New Balance's archive (from the 1906R to the 990v4), has spent the past year refining its approach to the silhouette since its Paris summer preview.

The lighter of the two offerings leans heavily into AURALEE's faux-aged aesthetic, applying yellowed patina treatments across both the midsole and leather overlays. Shale blue accents at the heel provide measured contrast against grey mesh underlayers, creating depth without disruption.
