ASICS x JD House Blends Wellness, Music, and Footwear in London
ASICS and JD transformed a London pop-up into a three-day intersection of footwear, sound, and lifestyle. The collaboration showcased the brand's latest silhouettes—including the GEL-NYC 2.0—alongside listening lounges, customization workshops, and wellness sessions that extended the sneaker experience beyond product.

Following momentum from Milan Design Week, ASICS and JD materialized their wellness-forward ethos into tangible form with a limited-run activation in Soho. The space functioned less as a retail showroom and more as a cultural venue, layering product discovery with sound design and bodily practice.
The listening lounge anchored the experience, outfitted with chrome fixtures and blue ambient lighting to establish a deliberate sonic environment. Dead Good Coffee operated an all-day matcha service, reinforcing the health-conscious positioning that has become central to ASICS' brand narrative. This pairing—caffeine and conversation—framed sneakers not as isolated objects but as elements within a broader lifestyle philosophy.

Footwear at the Center
The GEL-NYC 2.0 served as the flagship offering, representing ASICS' approach to heritage reinterpretation. The updated model retains the recognizable silhouette of its predecessor while integrating contemporary lightweight construction—a balance between nostalgic recognition and functional innovation. The original GEL-NYC appeared alongside fresh colorway selections, joined by the GEL-1130 and additional models from the GEL franchise archive.
